Kincumber Public School Student Led Conferences will be held from Monday March 23 until Thursday April 2, 2015. Student Led Conferences are not "one-on-one" parent interviews. The format of the conference allows students to "lead" their own conference, showing independence and learning confidence as they follow the set class agenda. Our school highly values the learning experiences that Student Led Conferences can offer. They allow parents to:
- Spend time in your child's classroom,
- Look at your child's work and possibly work on a learning task together,
- See some examples of their learning experiences from Term 1 and
- Help your child set learning goals for 2015.
Multiple conferences will take place at once in the classroom. There
will be a short amount of time to talk to teachers about learning goals.
